Fireworks & Noise Sensitivity (New Year’s Eve/Fireworks weekends)
New Year’s Eve / Firework weekends can involve loud fireworks in the surrounding area.
For this reason, we can only accept dogs who are comfortable with noise or who can be safely supported through their established coping strategies.
We’ll discuss your dog’s needs during their Meet & Greet to ensure this date is suitable for them.
Payment & Cancellations
We ask for full payment at the time of booking to secure your dates. Should your plans change and the booking fall within our free or 50% cancellation period, any refundable amount will be returned promptly.

Owners must provide food, collar/lead, and bedding.

All dogs must be fully vaccinated, flea and worm treated, and able to settle in a home environment.

A free Meet & Greet is required before any booking.

We pride ourselves on reliability — once a booking is confirmed, we do not cancel except in an extreme emergency.
Cancellation Policy
As a one-household-only dog hotel, each booking reserves our home exclusively for your family. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
Overnight Boarding

Bank Holidays & Peak Dates
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
If cancelled within 14 days, the full fee is payable.
Early Returns
Returning earlier than planned does not reduce the original booking fee.
Late Collections
A 30 minute grace period is permitted for all collections. After this time, a late collection fee of £5 per hour or part hour may be charged. Please keep us informed of any delays as soon as possible so that we can make appropriate arrangements for your dog's care and supervision.
Emergency Circumstances
We will always take genuine emergencies or veterinary issues into consideration.
